Vestas Seeks Incident Manager for Cybersecurity Role

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Incident Manager to join our Digital Solutions & Development team. As an Incident Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the Cyber Incident Management process and acting as an Incident Commander during high-severity cybersecurity incidents.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with stakeholders and facilitate awareness activities and proper engagement in relation to the process and ICS4ICS framework.
• Work closely with SOC Incident Response team on maintaining high quality of ticket handling, playbooks, and other technical documentation.
• Responsible for metrics creation, reporting, and conducting regular analysis.
• Act as Incident Commander during high-severity/major incidents, coordinating all facets of the incident response effort and handling escalations to Crisis Management.
• Work closely with SMEs to quickly identify customer impact and produce accurate, timely communications tailored to relevant audiences.
• Conduct tabletop exercises and fire drills regularly.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a relevant field.
• Min. 5 years of experience in Incident Management role.
• Fluent English, written and verbal (min. C1).
• ICS4ICS certification or readiness to learn and certify.
• Cybersecurity certificates are beneficial.
• Supervisory or team lead experience would be a benefit.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, with all levels in and outside the organization.
