As a key member of the Ecolab team, the Enterprise Reporting Business Lead will play a pivotal role in driving financial insights and decision-making across the Europe region. This position requires a unique blend of financial acumen and technical SAP and BI expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of BI tools and systems within the sales and finance organization, ensuring they meet regional business needs.
  • Collaborate with IT specialists to customize BI solutions that support financial strategies and business objectives.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate and train sales and finance team members on new BI tools.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across financial reporting and BI platforms.
  • Manage a portfolio of BI projects, delivering them on time and within budget.
  • Provide guidance on financial data analysis, reporting standards, and analytical methodologies.
  • Drive continuous improvement in business processes through the innovative use of BI technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in finance and BI tool implementation.
  • Business partnering experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial reporting and modeling.
  • General knowledge of SAP CO-PA, SAP BEx Analyzer, and master data.
  • Experience with BI software such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
  • Knowledge of SQL and data warehousing principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage projects with multiple stakeholders.
