Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Supervisor to join our team at Equinix Poland Sp. z o.o.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and billing, with previous experience in team leadership and supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure the timely and accurate completion of monthly billing for assigned customer base.
- Work closely with cross-functional organizations to support the investigation and resolution of customer billing issues.
- Manage special projects and provide input into the development and support of processes and policies.
- Participate in the on-going development and support of billing systems, including prioritization of open incidents.
- Monitor metrics across the team and act accordingly.
- Produce reports and other data sources necessary for SOX controls and internal and external audit.
Requirements
- Previous finance (billing) experience required.
- Previous team lead/supervisor experience required.
- Experience working with large global customers an asset.
- Ability to review and understand large customer contracts.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to analyze financial data and understand financial principles.
- Excellent communications skills both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Oracle knowledge an asset.
