Job Description

As a highly skilled Project Manager, you will oversee the implementation of e-invoicing solutions within EMEA countries using SAP S/SHANA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and deliver multiple small to medium-sized projects concurrently.
  • Collaborate with project sponsors and stakeholders to define objectives.
  • Own project delivery and resource allocation.
  • Drive project execution within established scope, schedule, resources, and quality requirements.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in a matrix environment while maintaining their optimal performance.
  • Create and organize project work, including governance processes, documentation, meeting cadence, R&R, scorecards, and RAID logs.
  • Set work direction and complete tasks, as well as direct assigned team members.
  • Provide timely and effective communication, including meeting facilitation and status reporting.
  • Manage project risks and issues, ensuring timely mitigation and resolution with impacted partners.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience working for a global corporation, with a focus on SAP S/SHANA projects, ideally electronic data interchange (EDI, E-invoicing) solutions implementations.
  • 3-5 years of formal project management experience, including driving medium-sized projects from initiation through closure across different business functions.
  • Strong organizational, project planning, scheduling, and risk leadership skills, with proven experience using project management tools and software.
  • Change management knowledge and its application.
  • Minimum intermediate level of English language proficiency (B1 or higher).
  • PMP, PgMP certification is preferred.
