About the Role

ERGO Technology & Services S.A. seeks a highly skilled SAP Project Manager to lead multiple complex projects, driving their delivery using formal project management techniques.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including time scheduling, cost planning, resource allocation, and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and troubleshoot project planning issues.
  • Facilitate workshops with internal and external partners to design, plan, and implement SAP solutions.
  • Proactively manage project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain accurate tracking of project costs, including actuals, SOWs/Purchase Orders, contracts, and internal resource assignments.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in English.
  • Extensive experience implementing SAP solutions, preferably in a financial or insurance environment.
  • A strong track record of delivering projects in large, complex environments, with 5-7+ years of experience.
  • Knowledge of RISE, FSCD, TRM Treasury, BP Business Partner, and FICO is a plus.
  • Excellent project planning, budgeting, scoping, costing, and scheduling skills.
  • The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to create meaningful reports and summaries for stakeholder presentations.
