Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Accountant to join our team in Poland. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for processing payments, reconciling accounts, and ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions.

Responsibilities
  • Posting and allocating payments in a timely and accurate manner;
  • Clarifying payment differences with customers through effective communication;
  • Reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies in a diligent and thorough manner;
  • Responding to customer inquiries related to dunning letters and providing solutions in a professional and courteous manner;
  • Processing refunds to customers in a prompt and efficient manner;
  • Collections activities to ensure timely receipt of payments.
Requirements
  • Minimum B2 level of German language proficiency and strong English communication skills;
  • A genuine interest in accounting and a desire to excel in this field;
  • Excellent MS-Office skills and ability to work efficiently with various software applications;
  • An excellent team player with strong cross-cultural skills and the ability to work effectively in a diverse environment;
  • Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced setting.
