Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist / ML Engineer to join our team of technology experts on challenging projects across various industries. As a key member of our team, you will leverage cutting-edge technologies to drive business value and develop innovative solutions.

  • Airport Operation Optimization Project: Collaborate with our team to create an AI-driven optimization engine for airport operations, utilizing real-time data from sources like radar, air traffic, and passenger information.
  • AI Recommendation Engine for Innovation Leader: Develop an AWS-powered solution to provide domain-specific recommendations using sophisticated Large Language Models (LLMs).

In this role, you will:

  1. Design, implement, and validate Machine Learning models to support business objectives.
  2. Create AI solutions that address complex business challenges and drive value.
  3. Research, test, and select the best tools and technologies to meet business requirements.
  4. Translate business problems into data science problems.
  5. Architect and oversee the implementation of data pipelines and workflows, ensuring data quality and security.
  6. Collaborate with Data Engineering and Software Engineering teams to build AI applications.
  7. Present findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to stakeholders.
  8. Prioritize and manage tasks within an Agile/Scrum framework, ensuring timely delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of commercial experience designing and implementing scalable AI solutions (Machine Learning, Predictive Modeling, Optimization, NLP, Computer Vision, GenAI).
  • Proficiency in developing ML algorithms from scratch to production deployment.
  • Strong programming skills in Python: writing clean code, OOP design, extensive knowledge of ML libraries (Scikit-Learn, PyTorch / Tensorflow).
  • Proven expertise in deploying solutions in cloud environments (AWS or Azure).
  • Knowledge in applying LLMs (semantic search, prompt engineering, multimodal embeddings, RAG).
  • High proficiency in English (C1 level).
  • Excellent communication skills and consulting experience with direct interaction with clients.
  • Working experience in SQL and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Snowflake, Databricks).
  • Good knowledge of CI/CD principles (GitHub and GitHub Actions).
  • Familiarity with MLOps practices, Kubernetes, and Docker.
  • Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
  • Experience with Big Data technologies like Spark, Hadoop, and Kafka is a plus.
  • Leadership and mentoring experience is highly desirable.
