PMO/Project Management Office Specialist Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized PMO/Project Management Office Specialist to join our team at TN Poland. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our Application Evolution Services team. Your main responsibilities will include supporting Service Delivery Managers in processes provided for various clients. You will also be involved in project and service planning, scoping, dependency and risk identification as well as management, resource planning and deployment. Furthermore, you will be responsible for documentation management, creating and updating technical, functional and operational documentation related to projects and services. Additionally, you will aid in the implementation of ITSM processes, helping the service team in smooth resolution of tickets at all stages.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support Service Delivery Managers in application evolution services processes.
  • Support project and service planning, scoping, dependency and risk identification as well as management.
  • Manage documentation related to projects and services.
  • Aid in ITSM process implementation.
