Job Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Process Analyst to join our procurement implementation team in Poland.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working closely with clients to understand their procurement requirements and implement the Ivalua Buyer platform.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Collecting and analyzing client requirements to define functional specifications
  2. Collaborating with application engineers and integration engineers to configure the Ivalua system according to client needs
  3. Providing technical support and training to clients on the use of the Ivalua platform
  4. Coordinating with project managers to ensure successful project delivery

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Carrying out implementation presentations and workshops with clients
  • Collecting business requirements and refining them with clients
  • Analyzing specific business requirements for technical feasibility
  • Translating business requirements into functional specifications
  • Creating product backlogs and user stories
  • Coordinating with application engineers and integration engineers

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position, including projects related to low-code B2B digital tools
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of business process modeling and presentation
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Polish
  • Experience in Agile methodologies and Jira/Confluence tools
