Job Description
The Sales Strategist Medical Equipment will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to grow new and existing business in the region of Mazowieckie, Lubelskie, Podlaskie, Warmińsko-Mazurskie. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing sales strategies, researching prospective customers, identifying customer stakeholders, developing business plans, supporting public tenders, participating in product introductions, and providing sales forecasts.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in business and/or healthcare, solid industry experience, knowledge of hospital decision-making processes, understanding of tender processes, strong drive for results, and excellent communication and influencing skills. Fluency in English and Polish is also required.
