About the Role


At HSBC Service Delivery, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Database Refinery Senior Project Manager to join our Data & Architecture Office team.


The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality services to the DAO by delivering end-to-end projects, proactively balancing scope, schedule, budget, risks, team, outcomes, and benefits.


Responsibilities:



  • Hire governance process to ensure stability in resources for all agreed projects and timelines.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to build positive relationships, provide regular updates, and obtain buy-in for key project plans, commitments, and changes.
  • Act as the front of the house for DBS Refinery project, drive discussions with potential stakeholders, negotiate budgets for delivered services, and coordinate communications with stakeholders and clients.
  • Manage Change Adoption to ensure the change lands well and sticks, contributing to benefits realization.
  • Provide timely reports on project status, risks, and issues, evaluating project performance and promoting and taking accountability for project quality.
  • Manage responsibilities, objectives, and task allocations for large projects or programs to ensure individuals are being used in accordance with their skills.
  • Act as a role model to create and maintain a collaborative team environment that supports and encourages the professionalism and development of our teams.

Requirements-Expected:



  • Knowledge of project lifecycle and project management tools.
