We're looking for a highly skilled Action Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Ghent, Belgium. As a key member of our international client's team, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring customers receive unparalleled support during breakdown situations, building lasting satisfaction with our brand.
This is a hybrid role with an onsite component in Ghent, Belgium. We offer a stimulating work environment that values diversity and fosters a sense of family among colleagues.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary liaison between customers, drivers, and dealers to resolve breakdown issues and facilitate vehicle uptime.
- Manage breakdown cases across Europe, communicating fluently in the customer's native language and navigating designated systems for essential information.
- Prioritize customer needs and adhere to established breakdown processes with meticulous attention to detail.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication skills and a customer-centric approach in all interactions.
- Foster a positive, proactive attitude, continually striving to exceed expectations and contribute to team success.
- Embrace a culture of continuous learning, supporting team development and sharing knowledge.
- Maintain flexibility to work within a rotational shift system.
- A customer-centric mindset with a positive outlook and strong communication abilities.
- Motivated to excel and eager to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- For this position, one (either number 1 or number 2) of the following language combinations is required:
1.Highly proficient in English with at least two of the following languages: Polish, Czech, Lithuanian, German. Other Eastern European languages are considered a plus
2. Highly proficient in English with the knowledge of French, German and Dutch(all four languages)
- Willingness to adapt to a flexible shift schedule.
