We are seeking a highly skilled Workday HCM Specialist to join our team at ING. As a Workday HCM Specialist, you will be responsible for providing functional oversight, gathering business requirements, and performing system design and configuration for Workday HCM.
Key Responsibilities- Develop skills to become a subject matter expert in Workday HCM and be involved in design and modification efforts for continual system alignment with business objectives.
- Perform Workday administrative functions relating to Workday HCM module including EIB loads.
- Manage the Production and establish a well-controlled systems environment.
- Provide end-user support, change management, and issue resolution.
We are a technical part of Global HR team at ING delivering HR services for over 50,000 colleagues worldwide. Our main goal is to unify, simplify, and improve end-user experience in all of our units. To achieve that, we use state-of-the-art solutions including Workday and ServiceNow.
We need you if you are a Workday heavy user familiar with the tool who wants to grow your configuration and technical skillset and co-create a fast-growing, ambitious team. You should be open for challenges and want to daily cooperate with international stakeholders around the world.
The role naming convention in the global ING job architecture will be "Consultant II".
