About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Design Manager to join our team at Docplanner. As a Product Design Manager, you will be responsible for leading the design of our products, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centered design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of product designers to deliver high-quality design solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a design system that ensures consistency and coherence across our products.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to define and deliver product roadmaps.
  • Conduct user research to inform design decisions and ensure user-centered design solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a design vision that aligns with business goals and objectives.
  • Manage and prioritize design projects to ensure timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Provide design guidance and mentorship to junior designers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product design.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product design, with a strong background in UX design.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing design teams.
  • Strong understanding of design systems and their application in product design.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong portfolio that showcases your design skills and experience.
