Our team focuses on providing services to clients seeking risk and health insurance for their employees that are working outside their country of residence. We support different regional teams – UK, US, and APAC, ensuring expert advice and services meet client expectations and commitments.

About the Job Description

This job description includes supporting day-to-day tasks related to expatriate benefits offered by Aon's clients. You will be collaborating closely with Expatriate Teams Consultants, providing them with administrative and analytical support.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage and complete various tasks, including policy administration, communication materials, and associated queries
  2. Handle Aon's data portal - Greater Insight, inputting new client's policy data and updating existing clients' policy data
  3. Evaluate and ensure all information stored in the system is accurate and up-to-date
  4. Collaborate with the whole team to maintain high quality and delivery within SLAs
  5. Participate in projects aimed at Team's process improvement

Requirements

  • Excellent English writing skills – B2+ (C1 preferably) for corresponding with clients
  • Good organizational skills to balance various tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Very good communication skills driving teamwork, results delivery, and client value creation
  • Proficiency in MS Office – advanced Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
  • High attention to details and strong problem-solving skills
