OTC Credit Risk Management Specialist

Your Role

  • Assess and manage new customer credit risk in line with agreed procedures.
  • Manage new credit limit requests and extensions.
  • Create new customer accounts and manage existing ones within the Aptiv ERP landscape.
  • Utilize Aptiv Credit Admin rules to review new orders and escalate order releases.
  • Participate in identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • Update and review desktop procedures to ensure key metrics are met.
  • Communicate and cooperate with other departments to deliver excellent service.
  • Provide required information and documentation for external and internal audits.
  • Support the Billing and Reporting Team in their tasks.

Your Background

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in OTC processes.
  • Excellent command of the English language (B2 level or higher).
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Good knowledge of SAP.
  • Effective customer relationship and business partnering skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (preferred).
