Your role as a SAP EWM Senior Consultant at Tata Consultancy Services will involve building and implementing efficient outbound, inbound, and internal processes in SAP EWM, leveraging VAS, Quality Inspections, and EGR, Wave Management, Physical Inventory, and Posting Changes. You will also be responsible for creating Master Data, including packaging specifications, warehouse organizational structure, and settings for handling units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement SAP EWM processes for warehouse management, including VAS, Quality Inspections, and EGR.
  • Create and maintain Master Data, such as packaging specifications and warehouse organizational structure.
  • Implement Labor Management, Yard Management, and Cross Docking in EWM.
  • Communicate with clients and resolve issues.
  • Analyze client requirements and provide solutions.
  • Communicate with customers and build rapport.
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and scope/modules.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in SAP EWM area.
  • B2 English level (or higher).
  • Minimum 2 SAP Implementation or 1 support project experience.
  • Experience in system integration between ECC & EWM and in-depth SAP Logistics experience.
  • Understanding of key elements of logistic execution warehousing.
  • Working experience on PPF, package specifications, exception handling, RF configuration, management, and PP-EWM integration.
  • Knowledge and experience in configuring/modifying Post Processing Framework in SAP EWM.
  • Good knowledge on inbound, outbound, and internal processes.
  • Experience in integration with SAP PP/QM/SD/MM/WM.
  • Experience to custom made RF screens/nodes in monitor in SAP EWM.
  • Exposure to ASRS systems, serial number management.
  • Knowledge on SAP WM, S/4 HANA Embedded EWM, with moderate knowledge of ABAP/debugging.
  • Experience in monitoring activities - queues, planning jobs, Idocs, CIF.
  • Strong communication skills.
