**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training and Development Specialist to join our team at ArcelorMittal. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs for our customers and staff on our Manufacturing Execution System (MES) products and solutions. You will work closely with project teams to understand project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and conduct training needs assessments and gap analyses to identify learning outcomes, target audience, and optimal delivery mode.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze training demand and requirements from customers and stakeholders, working with project teams to understand project scope, objectives, and deliverables;
  • Organize and plan training activities and resources for each project and customer, defining training strategy, curriculum, schedule, and quality criteria;
  • Execute and deliver training sessions and materials for each project and customer, designing and developing engaging, interactive, and user-friendly content, facilitating and conducting training sessions, evaluating and measuring effectiveness and impact of training programs;

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing execution systems and their functions, such as quality management, material tracking, production planning, scheduling and performance analysis;
  • Ability to design and deliver engaging and informative training sessions for various audiences, creating and updating training materials, adapting them to different learning styles and levels of expertise;
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, able to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders, communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing;
  • Passionate about learning and teaching new technologies and skills, designing and developing engaging and effective training programs and materials, assessing and evaluating learning outcomes and feedback, continuously improving training quality and effectiveness;
  • Proficiency in programming languages, such as Oracle/PL-SQL, Java, SQL, Unix, and web technologies onPrem or in Cloud environments;
  • Willingness to travel and work on-site with different project teams and customers across the globe, coordinating and scheduling training activities, managing logistics and resources, ensuring compliance with quality standards and best practices;
  • Fluent in English, optionally in a second language like French, German or alternative European languages, able to deliver training sessions and materials in these languages and adapt to cultural and linguistic preferences of learners;
