This exciting position calls for a Senior Service Maintenance Expert to join our team in Gdansk, Poland, serving as part of our Pool of resources.
Your Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Service Maintenance Expert, your key responsibilities will include:
- Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting on Wärtsilä 4-stroke products or similar medium-bore diesel engines, encompassing component overhauls and issue resolution.
- Offering expert technical guidance to clients globally.
- Preparing detailed service reports and expense claims in accordance with Wärtsilä standards following completion of service assignments.
- Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:
- A diploma in Mechanical or Marine Engineering.
- Proven experience as a Mechanical engineer on Wärtsilä Diesel Engine or similar Medium bore applications.
Candidates with a strong foundation in auxiliary equipment, excellent communication skills, and adaptability in fast-paced environments are highly valued.
