Responsibilities- Developing and implementing internal controls to ensure accuracy and efficiency;
- Managing structured transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established processes;
- Identifying and resolving errors in financial data, ensuring accurate and reliable reporting;
- Analyzing processes and suggesting improvements, contributing to a more efficient and effective finance function;
- Collaborating with team leaders, managers, and internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and effective communication;
- Mentoring junior staff by providing guidance and support as they develop their skills;
- Participating in various projects, contributing to the development and implementation of new initiatives;
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations to maintain ethical and compliant financial practices;
- Contributing to internal and external audit activities, demonstrating commitment to maintaining high standards of financial control;
- Leading month-end closing activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting;
- Resolving discrepancies between invoices received and goods received;
- Providing support to other departments and business partners regarding assigned responsibilities.
