Sales Specialist Role

We are seeking a Sales Specialist with German language skills to support our client's expansion into the DACH market.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities to further develop partnerships.
  • Manage day-to-day email inbox, responding to current needs, requests, enquiries, complaints, and quotations.
  • Conduct the full sales cycle from initial contact through negotiation to closing deals.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry meetings, and customer visits.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
  • Fluency in German and very good knowledge of English.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the German-speaking market.
  • Willingness to travel on business when required.
  • Familiarity with internet marketing is an added advantage.
