We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Business System Analyst to join our team at Randstad Polska. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for working with our clients in the medical industry to document requirements and assist in the development of designs for the integration of medical systems and processes into client processes and systems.

This role will involve interfacing with various departments, including Accounting, Finance, Operations, Planning, Purchasing, and Customer Service. You will be expected to gather requirements, write functional configuration documentations, and configure systems. Additionally, you will identify gaps on review with requirements to system functions, document configuration design, and complete configurations in the system.

As a Lead Business System Analyst, you will also be responsible for identifying technical object requirements, such as reports, PL/SQL programs, workflows/forms, etc., and working with the technical/development team on development. You will also be responsible for IT system testing with configurations and working with business on performing CRP/SIT and UAT testing cycles.

We are looking for a candidate with excellent documentation skills, methodological experience with AIM, and deep knowledge of operational processes like customer service, shipping, and warehouse management. You should also have Oracle E-Business Suite application knowledge on the following modules: Order Management, Oracle Pricing, Oracle Shipping, Finance (FP&A, GL, Tax, AR, AP, etc.), Inventory, Purchasing, BOM, WIP, Install Base, DHR/Complaints/Quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gathering requirements, writing functional configuration documentations, and configuring systems.
  • Identifying gaps on review with requirements to system functions.
  • Documenting configuration design and completing configurations in the system.
  • Identifying technical object requirements and working with the technical/development team on development.
  • IT system testing with configurations and working with business on performing CRP/SIT and UAT testing cycles.
  • Identifying test scenarios and developing test scripts for CRP/SIT/UAT.
  • Driving test planning and execution; driving SOP creation.
  • Guiding team in developing reports, customizations, interfaces, and extensions for Oracle applications, where absolutely required – minimizing change as a focus.
  • Acting as a liaison between business users and technical team members.
  • Identifying process improvements and working with business partners effectively to implement change, where absolutely required – minimizing change as a focus.
  • Supporting and enhancing Oracle Applications interfaces integrated with non-Oracle systems.
  • Creating functional requirements and technical design.
  • Working on conversions and testing the solution.
  • Working on interfaces between EBS applications and other external systems.

Requirements:

  • Able to interact with Business leaders and IT, as well as being able to operate comfortably at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent documentation skills; methodological experience with AIM.
  • Deep knowledge of operational processes like customer service, shipping, and warehouse management.
  • Oracle E-Business Suite application knowledge on the following modules: Order Management, Oracle Pricing, Oracle Shipping, Finance (FP&A, GL, Tax, AR, AP, etc.), Inventory, Purchasing, BOM, WIP, Install Base, DHR/Complaints/Quality.
  • Demonstrating proactive business judgment and decision-making skills; past results are indicative of consistently providing sound and effective business decisions.
  • Strong understanding of order and workflow functions.
  • Experience in Intercompany processes.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and able to work in a team environment.
  • Able to work quickly and effectively under pressure and to efficiently handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Facility in multiple European languages highly desired (Dutch, German preferred; English required).
  • Deep knowledge and experience in Oracle R12 supporting Oracle E-Business Systems (EBS) applications required.
  • Experience working with Oracle Supply Chain/Finance / Device Service / Manufacturing applications as a Business Analyst and/or Business Systems Analyst.
  • Experience with EDI preferred.
  • Knowledge/experience with using Oracle Application Tables, SQL, PL/SQL preferred.
