As a Financial Analyst with Expertise in Payments, you will play a critical role in supporting the EMEA Payment HUB team in Krakow, Poland. This dynamic position involves analyzing complex payment data, identifying trends, and implementing process improvements to drive operational efficiency.

About the Role

You will be responsible for reviewing and optimizing payment processes, including SEPA, FX4Cash, and XBACH transactions. Your goal will be to ensure timely and accurate payment processing while minimizing costs and maximizing revenue.

A successful candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze payment data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Implement process changes, ensuring efficient and cost-effective payment processing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives, driving business growth and expansion.
  • Communicate complex ideas to stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, with at least 3 years of professional experience in accountancy/banking and/or other relevant fields.
  • Knowledge of PC applications, particularly Excel, and good analytical skills.
  • Advanced language skills, written and verbal in English and country language if required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-focused mindset.
