As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for monitoring customer accounts and detecting overdue payments. This involves collecting and analyzing data for a selected payment/debt history, reaching out to customers to discuss their debts, and owning the Customer Ledger to ensure it remains clear and meets collection targets.
You will act as a Business Partner to OpCos, providing timely and accurate data to support effective collections. Collaboration with other HGSS teams is essential to ensure seamless delivery of collection processes and adherence to standards.
Your responsibilities will also include managing customer relationship accounts, ensuring high levels of service are provided at all times, handling incoming and outgoing calls with customers, and identifying held orders to resolve them. You will manage the credit limit exceeded process in accordance with credit policy and support continuous improvement projects.
Requirements- German level C1
- English level B2
- At least 1 year of experience in OTC Collection area
- Accounting background and expertise
- Strong customer focus
- Collection experience
- HORECA customers
- Ability to deal with resistance
- Understanding of end-to-end Order to Cash process-Business knowledge
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in multi-national environment (incl. Shared Services Centers)
- Negotiation skills
