Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Information Security Officer to further develop our global information security management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of international standards such as ISO/IEC 27001 or TISAX, and embedding information security throughout the organization. If you have a passion for information security management, cybersecurity, and data protection, we would like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee the implementation of information security policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines to ensure the adequate protection of Intive's information assets.
Communicate security procedures and guidelines to all relevant stakeholders in their local responsibility, including periodic training and awareness campaigns.
Coordinate security incident handling.
Perform risk assessments regarding all relevant information assets at Intive.
Identify, evaluate, and report on information security risks, practices, and projects to the Security Leadership, and provide subject matter expertise on security standards and best practices.
Conduct security screening of new services, systems, applications, or processes before their activation.
Ensure that the security management program is in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and contractual requirements, especially those from Intive's customers.
Collect business metrics to measure the effectiveness of the security management program and report them to the Security Leadership.
Requirements
Degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or a technology-related field.
Knowledge of common information security management frameworks, such as ISO/IEC 27001 or TISAX.
Hands-on experience with the implementation and certifications of information security management frameworks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and high level of personal integrity.
Innovative thinking.
Experience with security reviews and audits.
Supervisory and incident management skills.
