**Risk Management Specialist, Technology Officer**

About the Role
The Technology Controls Assurance Team at State Street is responsible for driving technology risk management and controls assurance. As a Technology Risk Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the effectiveness of internal IT controls and contributing to the objectives of multiple audit, risk, and compliance programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Examine key internal IT controls and evaluate control design and operating effectiveness.
- Develop a strong understanding of business and system processes.
- Work with IT process and control owners to understand and document internal IT controls.
- Support the management of the central IT Control Library within State Street's GRC tool.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in technology risk management, audit, and/or compliance.
- Expertise in IT General Controls and a sound understanding of IT platforms, applications, and related technology.
- Knowledge of industry Risk and Control frameworks (COBIT, NIST, ISO, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and solid problem-solving skills.
