We're seeking a highly skilled Tech Talent Acquisition Strategist to join our team at myGwork As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition strategies to support our hiring needs. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing innovative talent sourcing strategies to attract top tech talent
  • Collaborating with hiring managers and technical leaders to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment plans
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders within the organization to ensure smooth talent acquisition processes

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of recruitment experience in tech and engineering functions in an international environment. Proven experience in partnering and advising technical hiring teams is essential. Great understanding of business and tech talent landscapes is also a must.
