Job Role

As a Procurement Specialist - Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of our Global Business Platforms, ensuring seamless integration with Operating Companies. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global professional services firm and contribute to the growth of our business.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Lead the implementation of Global Business Platforms, ensuring seamless integration with Operating Companies.
  2. Coordinate and execute Fit/Gap analysis, User Acceptance Testing, End User Training, Cutover, Go-Live and Ramp-Up activities for Zycus eProc and Operational Creation Portal (OCP).
  3. Develop and review solution documentation, proposing procedural changes for Operating Companies.
  4. Support Operating Companies through the transition, aligning with delegated Functional Owners on key design topics and ways of working.
Requirements

The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in Digital Transformation projects, strong understanding of Source to Pay process, from operational contracting through to invoice management, including knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) and Purchase to Pay related platforms. Strong project management skills are essential, with the ability to manage multiple topics across business and platforms in a structured way.
