TN Poland is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating marketing initiatives and ensuring their successful execution.

Job Overview

This is a full-time position located in Krakow, Poland, where you will work closely with our experienced team to plan and execute marketing initiatives across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

  1. Comprehensive Initial Training: You will participate in an intensive training program to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary for your role.
  2. Execution of Marketing Initiatives: You will work collaboratively with the team to develop and execute marketing campaigns, leveraging techniques such as direct messaging, mass mailing, and direct marketing.
  3. Oversight of Digital Marketing Platforms: You will be responsible for managing our digital marketing platforms, including social media channels and web/online platforms.
  4. Cultivation of Audience Relations: You will focus on building strong relationships with our audience through direct mail initiatives and engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities
  • Mastery of English: Exceptional command over both written and verbal forms of English is critical for creating compelling content and engaging effectively with an international audience.
  • Excel Proficiency: A strong grasp of Excel is necessary for data analysis, report compilation, and performance metric monitoring.
