A team player with strong collaboration skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving is essential for this role.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Plan and facilitate content production processes from ideation to final delivery of localized assets.
- Align with cross-functional stakeholders on content briefs, objectives, and expectations to ensure consistency in messaging and brand identity.
- Act as the central point of communication between creative teams, marketing specialists, and regional markets to facilitate content adaptation and translation processes.
- Maintain oversight of content development timelines and ensure deliverables meet quality standards, budgets, and deadlines.
Qualifications and Experience:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong project management skills. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is required. At least 3 years of experience in content coordination, localization, marketing operations, or a related role, ideally within a highly regulated industry such as pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or finance, is necessary. Experience with content localization and familiarity with translation processes is also required. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential for this role, as is proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
