About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Civil Infrastructure Product Line Group in Krakow. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.

Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans to validate the functionality and performance of our software solutions. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements, develop test cases, and report defects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute detailed test plans to ensure high-quality software delivery
  • Collaborate with scrum teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements
  • Design and implement automated testing frameworks to streamline testing processes
  • Analyze and report defects, working closely with development teams to resolve issues
  • Participate in establishing project plans, optimizing testing processes, and reducing product quality risk
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in software testing, preferably in a civil infrastructure context
  • Solid knowledge of testing methodologies, including Agile and Scrum
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and analytical thinking
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications

In addition to the above requirements, we welcome candidates with:

  • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Test Automation
  • Familiarity with Git or similar source code revision control systems
  • Understanding of deployment methodologies and containerization technologies
  • Background in the AEC industry, with experience using AutoCAD/Civil 3D software
