Join Our Team as a Strategic Growth Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Strategic Growth Analyst. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects, including market reviews, revenue growth, pricing, marketing efficiency, and digital strategy.

About the Role:

  • You will support industry leaders and early-stage ventures in driving launch effectiveness and commercial excellence.
  • You will have impact on our clients' business success as well as shaping the future of healthcare for our society.
  • You will collaborate with team members to develop and assess strategic options via targeted business and market insights.
  • You will carry out competitive and benchmark analyses and evaluations.
  • You will support the development of strategies, solutions, and actionable recommendations for our clients.
  • You will work in international project teams with diverse cultural and professional backgrounds.

Your Profile:

  • Above-average academic performance (majoring in any subject with a focus on general business, economics, etc).
  • Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail.
  • Practical experience from internships at other consulting firms or within industry.
  • Fluent in business English (written and spoken).
  • Additional language capabilities are a major advantage: preferable Eastern European (CEE) languages, e.g., Polish, Czech, Slovak, Hungarian, Croatian, Russian, etc.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Highly motivated to develop new skills and grow professionally.

Salary: €55,000 - €65,000 per year (dependent on experience)
