About the Role

As a Senior Manager of Financial and IT Governance, you will play a critical role in maintaining and improving JTI's global internal controls framework. This includes both financial and IT controls, ensuring compliance with JSOX (Sarbanes Oxley equivalent) reporting requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a consistent control framework aligned with JSOX rules and best practices.
  • Assist in evaluating business and IT process changes to identify financial risks and assess their impact.
  • Evaluate the design and implementation of JSOX controls, including newly created and existing controls reflecting business process changes.
  • Maintain and supervise the Management Self-Assessment and JSOX Remediation Process in line with agreed deadlines.
  • Monitor controls implementation and collaborate with Local Coordinators and IT function to ensure effective operation.
  • Maintain JSOX tools, including reflection of current changes in controls wording and entities in scope.
  • Cooperate with internal and external audit.
  • Manage metrics related to Segregation of Duty and enterprise risk by analyzing business requirements for SAP roles.
  • Access Management, including verification of minimal privileges required for job responsibilities.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards for Senior Management based on obtained requirements.
  • Support Corporate Controlling Team with Agile Project Support.
Requirements
  • An independent, structured, and process-oriented person with strong self-confidence and good communication skills.
  • An analytical mindset with excellent prioritization and time management skills.
  • A University Degree in a relevant field.
  • Professional Finance Qualification (e.g., ACCA or equivalent) is required.
  • At least 6 years of work experience, preferably in Audit (Financial and/or IT) in Big 4/Internal Audit.
  • Proficient knowledge of SAP Security or SAP Function module on-hand experience is required.
  • Confidence with Excel and basic knowledge of BI application.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal). Any other language is an asset.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000, depending on location and experience.
