Job Title: Sales Development Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and communicative Sales Development Intern to join our team. As a Sales Development Intern, you will play a key role in identifying and cultivating new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop a sales pipeline of interested prospects and qualified leads.
  • Promote business solutions based on our products and services.
  • Finalize and secure meetings, following up on client requests.
  • Collaborate closely with other members of the Sales Team daily to organize business events and qualify prospects.
Requirements:
  • Being a 2-3 year student.
  • Availability to work at least 20 hours per week.
  • A commitment to developing your professional career in sales, with some related experience.
  • Strong communication skills in both Polish and English.
  • A strong ability to quickly grasp information about software storage products, features, and technologies.
  • Persistence and motivation to make a high volume of phone calls and emails daily.
  • The ability to convincingly articulate your ideas to others.
  • A well-organized and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
  • An open-minded and positive attitude towards business partners and colleagues.
  • The ability to navigate setbacks, manage stress, and maintain focus during challenging situations.
  • Proficiency with MS Office tools and CRM systems along with familiarity with LinkedIn tools.
