Sales Operations Specialist with German Language Skills

Your new role

As a Sales Back Office Specialist with German language skills, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional Sales Back Office services every day, providing top-notch customer service.

You'll have the opportunity to make a real impact in this role, initiate improvements, and support Franke's digitalization and automation projects. You will also contribute to the creation of a European Sales Back-office organization.

Your main responsibilities

  • Provide first-level product support to customers via written communication
  • Manage product returns and claims
  • Create field service orders
  • Support order processing during peak times
  • Participate in testing new solutions and contribute to process improvement projects
  • Create and update proper process documentations
  • Support newcomers onboarding
  • Support service scope expansion

What you bring

  • High level of customer and solution orientation
  • Experience in customer-/after sales service
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Willingness to learn quickly
  • Experience in work with SAP/SD module and/or SAP C4C is an advantage
  • Basic technical understanding is an advantage
  • English min. B1 level
  • German min. B2/C1 level
