Job Title: Enterprise Architect

As an Enterprise Architect at Chabre IT Services Sp. z.o.o, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's IT strategy and architecture. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement a comprehensive IT architecture that aligns with the company's overall business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain the company's IT architecture, including the design and implementation of technical solutions.
  • Lead and coordinate large-scale transformation projects, ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategy and established architectural principles.
  • Manage organizational change, providing guidance and support to stakeholders throughout the transformation process.
  • Develop and implement mechanisms, procedures, processes, and policies for enterprise architecture, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Oversee and manage the entire enterprise architecture lifecycle, ensuring it is regularly updated and aligned with the company's evolving business needs.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in an enterprise architect role, with a strong background in IT strategy and architecture.
  • 10-15 years of experience in large-scale transformation projects, with a proven track record of success.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, with a strong understanding of IT architecture and design patterns.
  • TOGAF certification, with a strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and tools.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively with development teams, project managers, and other stakeholders.
