As a Customer Service Specialist with Edgewell Personal Care, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your primary focus will be on supporting customers, processing orders, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing top-notch service and support to customers. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for managing product availability via system databases, monitoring deliveries, handling customer complaints, and providing high-quality service, advice, and technical support.
Responsibilities
- Process incoming customer orders – email & EDI;
- Book invoices of customers;
- Manage product availability via system database;
- Monitor deliveries to customers;
- Handle customer complaints & issues related, liaising with colleagues or managers to find the best solutions to these issues;
- Provide high quality service, advice and technical support to Customers;
- Maintain regular contact with customers via telephone and email, both in English and in Polish;
- Monitor stock orders and issue invoices and credit notes;
- Prepare documents and reports for future reference;
- Cooperate with carriers and warehouse companies.
