Your Role and Impact

  • Ongoing optimization and integration of gaming campaigns to deliver exceptional results and help clients boost revenue and engagement by leveraging retargeting, industry-specific tech tools, measurement, attribution, and analytics partnerships.
  • Serving as a technical expert, providing innovative solutions to complex problems, building internal subject knowledge, and collaborating with various teams to devise strategies.
  • Daily contact with commercial, traffic, creative, and other internal teams to find solutions to diverse challenges.
  • Helping improve clients' advertising strategies and providing relevant retargeting recommendations.
  • Staying up-to-date with digital advertising trends, particularly focusing on the mobile gaming environment.
  • Supervising the creation of advertising materials like dynamic ad banners.
  • Adjusting campaign parameters, testing changes, and analyzing performance results.
  • Collaborating closely with account managers to ensure high standards of timely customer service.
  • Proposing solutions for new tools and process development.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in ad tech mobile gaming growth advertising, especially in-app gaming performance retargeting, re-engagement campaigns, and the RTB process from a managed DSP perspective.
  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and independence in managing technical issues.
  • Proficiency in working with MMPs and other data analytics tools.
  • A bonus: knowledge of JavaScript or other programming languages.
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail, and perceptiveness.
  • Able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, understand customer needs, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-oriented, consultative approach, and ability to work independently with a positive attitude.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office and customer support/project management tools.
  • Multitasking, resourcefulness, high energy, and motivation.
  • Fluency in English; additional language knowledge is an advantage.
  • Genuine interest in mobile growth, gaming, and latest AI technologies applications.
