About this role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Gaming Technical Account Manager to optimize and integrate gaming campaigns for our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering on clients' goals, boosting revenue and engagement through retargeting and driving incremental conversions. Your expertise will be invaluable in devising strategies to solve complex problems and building internal technical subject knowledge.

Key responsibilities

  • Optimize and integrate gaming campaigns to deliver on clients' goals and objectives
  • Be the technical expert, providing solutions and devising strategies to solve complex problems
  • Daily contact with and advisory for commercial, traffic, creative, and other internal teams
  • Help improve clients' advertising strategy and provide relevant retargeting recommendations
  • Stay up-to-date with digital advertising trends and develop industry knowledge
  • Supervise the creation of advertising materials and adjust campaign parameters
  • Work closely with account managers to ensure high standards of customer service

Requirements

  • Experience in ad tech mobile gaming growth advertising industry, especially in-app gaming performance retargeting and re-engagement campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to solve problems efficiently and manage technical issues independently
  • Proficiency in cooperation with MMPs and other integration and data analytics tools
  • Excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and perceptiveness
  • Ability to cooperate and communicate smoothly with various internal stakeholders
  • Strong results-orientation, consultative approach, and ability to work independently
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite and customer support and project management tools
