Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Global Mobility Tax Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing delivery of global mobility tax services for various clients. Your expertise in client relationship management and billing processes will ensure seamless interactions with KPMG offices and clients worldwide.

Responsibilities
  • Manage delivery of global mobility tax services
  • Coordinate with the KPMG delivery center to prepare and analyze reports (Excel, Alteryx, etc.)
  • Maintain positive client relationships
  • Independently run day-to-day client meetings
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in a multinational environment, ideally in project/engagement management or a reporting role
  • 3 years of experience working in Global Mobility, with at least 1 year in a client-facing management role
  • Experience in people management
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Fluent in English (additional skills in French, German, or Spanish are a plus)
  • Proficient in MS Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and the MS Office suite; familiarity with PowerPoint and/or Power BI is advantageous
