Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Payroll and Benefits Operations Lead to join our team in Warsaw. In this role, you will provide professional payroll and benefits services to Line of Business (LoB) in the EMEA region.
About the Role
You will coordinate the end-to-end payroll process (EMEA countries) while ensuring accurate and timely delivery of remuneration to Novo Nordisk employees. This includes supporting and coordinating the payroll process, cooperating closely with internal and external stakeholders, responding to payroll queries, administering local benefits if applicable, and optimizing payroll operational processes in accordance with the PBO Team goals.
Key Accountabilities
- Support and coordinate the end-to-end payroll process for assigned countries
- Cooperate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including payroll provider
- Respond to payroll queries escalated from HR and/or employees
- Provide administration of local benefits if applicable
- Optimise payroll operational processes in accordance with the PBO Team goals
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 4 years' experience in payroll processing in one or more large scale organisation
- Preferably experience from working in a shared service centre
- Experience with French/Italian speaking countries Payroll, but we also value familiarity with payroll practices, regulations from other EMEA countries
- Experience in working with third-party payroll solution provider
- Proficiency with HRIS such as SAP, Employee Central, as well as a strong command of MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately and to deadlines
- Proficiency in English and French/Italian, both written and verbal
