As a key member of our HR team, you will lead the development and implementation of compensation and benefit programs that support business objectives and attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Global Compensation Guidelines to ensure consistency and fairness.
  • Design and implement pay strategies that align with business objectives and attract top talent.

Requirements
