Key Responsibilities

  • Craft comprehensive Test Plans, Test Cases, and Procedures encompassing diverse testing methods.
  • Engage in dynamic exchanges during brainstorming sessions and scrums, aligning visions and iterating brilliance.
  • Sync with users to distill business requirements into actionable quality objectives.
  • Remain at the forefront of QA best practices and technologies, mentoring peers and driving QA knowledge deeper within the team.
  • Anticipate risks, unveiling issues at inception to embed quality upstream.
  • Cultivate our developer testing paradigms, inspiring quality from the first line of code.
  • Engineer test automation with finesse and conduct code reviews for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 5+ years in a dedicated software QA role with a history of elevating applications to zeniths of quality.
  • Proficiency with sophisticated tools like Tosca, Playwright, Selenium, Test Complete, and their ilk, with aspirations to harmonize automation with CI workflows.
  • Confidently maneuver through Git, TFS, Mercurial, SVN, considering them essential companions in your QA arsenal.
  • A profound understanding of software development methodologies, armed with an adventurous spirit to write—and break—code.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills, inspiring order and excellence.
