Job Description
Spyrosoft is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Senior Tech Lead to play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions. As a senior member of our team, you will work closely with clients to gather requirements, define objectives, and propose innovative solutions tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and propose solutions
  • Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Lightning Flows, Apex, and LWC
  • Develop and optimize Experience Cloud solutions for responsive design and seamless user experiences
  • Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems and tools as needed
  • Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentorship to team members
  • Maintain best practices in Salesforce development, adhering to security, scalability, and maintainability standards
  • Stay updated on the latest Salesforce platform features and technologies

Requirements:
  • Strong client-facing skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with advanced knowledge of Apex, Batch API, Bulk API, Platform Events, and LWC
  • Experience in one or more Salesforce Clouds: Sales, Service, or B2B eCommerce
  • Ability to work independently and manage projects with minimal supervision
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
