Position Overview: As a Salesforce Senior Tech Lead, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions tailored to meet diverse business needs. Qualifications: Strong client-facing skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.  Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with advanced knowledge of Apex, Batch API, Bulk API, Platform Events, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).  Strong experience in Experience Cloud and Responsive Web Design (RWD).  Expertise in one or more Salesforce Clouds: Sales, Service, or B2B eCommerce.  Ability to work independently and manage projects with minimal supervision.  Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.  Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant) are a strong plus.  Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps tools is an advantage.  Additional Skills: Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for Salesforce development.  Familiarity with data migration tools and techniques.  Experience in implementing Salesforce Einstein or other AI-driven features.  Position Overview: As a Salesforce Senior Tech Lead, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions tailored to meet diverse business needs.
