Your Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor accounts and contact clients to discuss overdue payments
  • Investigate unapplied payments and initiate refunds for overpayments
  • Update account status records and provide regular reports on collection activity
  • Support our clients with a client-focused attitude and strong communication skills
Your Profile
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in finance or accounting
  • Advanced knowledge of Greek (C1) and intermediate English (B2)
  • Strong customer service skills and effective communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree or student status
