Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to join our team at Randstad Polska.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing technical solutions, with a focus on cloud-based technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and modify technical architecture/software solutions and test their integration.
  • Make key decisions on large technical projects, ensuring overall technical infrastructure and its continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with external agency technical teams on overarching technical architecture decisions.
  • Provide guidance and support to internal technical resources.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to the solution.
  • Stay up-to-date with current and emerging trends to enhance and improve our technical state.
  • Assess the business impact of technical decisions and articulate trade-offs.
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions that fit within our existing technology stack.
  • Maintain all technical documentation across the stack.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a solutions architect and/or full-stack developer.
  • Sound knowledge of React (Native), APIs, Azure, Google Cloud, and WordPress.
  • Ideal knowledge of Laravel, Shopify/Liquid, Braze, Veeva, serverless, and omnichannel/martech.
  • A general interest in learning new frameworks.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical problems to business leaders.
  • Comfortable working in an environment with multiple product owners and an agency partner.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Natural curiosity and interest in solving business challenges through technical solutions.
  • Able to work across competing priorities.
