Your Responsibilities:



  • Lead the EMEA Operations Team as Deputy to the Global Operations Head.
  • Manage EMEA SAP Operations staff, including internal and external vendors, and drive process improvements through ITIL processes to achieve efficiency gains.
  • Escalate project issues, CRs, incidents, or service requests.
  • Resolve Level 2 and 3 support issues.
  • Perform service requests, including standard changes or pre-approved services with low risk.
  • Analyze and resolve incidents according to defined SLAs.
  • Execute or participate in maintenance projects, including EHP, archiving, and technology upgrades.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and issue bundling for problem management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within or outside Corporate IT for issue resolution.
  • Drive ITIL Processes maturity within SAP CC and Operations.
  • Review existing IT solutions for improvements and stay updated with new technologies.
  • Ensure system implementation and maintenance adhere to GRC requirements and policies.
  • Support audits from governing bodies.
  • Contribute to IT/Business documentation or validation documents in projects/support as outlined in RACI matrices.
  • Plan, identify, and execute regression testing for maintenance projects.
  • Train support and emergency processes as part of project handovers to the support team.
  • Support the recruiting process for internal staff within Sonova's processes and tools.
  • Lead or supervise technical Change Requests implementation streams.
  • PARTICIPATE IN A PIKETT PROCESS (Priority 1 emergency procedure).

Your Profile:



  • 10 years of professional experience in IT, including 4+ years of hands-on experience in one of the SAP modules (SD/MM/WMCS).
  • Familiar with SAP Standard Functionalities, including ERP and HANA.
  • Experience in people/vendor management.
  • Able to accept and follow standard Sonova SOPs.
  • Able to work independently and escalate accordingly.
  • Fluent in English.
