We are seeking an experienced Senior/Principal Software Engineer with a strong background in AdTech to lead the development of our identity protection solutions. If you're passionate about working on bot protection and anti-malware advertising solutions for AdTech companies, this opportunity is ideal for you.

About the Role

The products team at Sigma Software is focused on creating advanced bot defending and anti-malvertising solutions for AdTech companies. Our solutions include onboarding and integration processes for various companies like SSP, DSP, Agencies, and Publishers, as well as protection solutions for different use cases and a reporting Console with customization capabilities and APIs connecting our data to clients' systems.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer
  • Strong Back-end experience (Go, Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript)
  • Extensive experience in the AdTech industry
  • Experience with Identity in AdTech is a must
  • Strong understanding of Computer Science principles
  • Fluent English

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive research on commonly used AdTech identifiers, analyzing their functionality and evaluating their strengths and weaknesses
  • Investigate how AdTech companies manage the identity process, identifying potential vulnerabilities and ways the process can be exploited
  • Develop solutions to detect and mitigate identity-related security threats and hacking attempts
  • Present proposed solutions to internal teams and clients, explaining technical approaches, potential challenges, and how the team will address these issues
  • Implement solutions and actively contribute to the project's development
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for the team, offering guidance, solutions, and recommendations on identity management in AdTech
  • Prepare and deliver business presentations that effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing expertise and coaching in identity management and security
  • Participate in meetings with executives and customers to explain the company's approach to identity, security risks, and solutions

Compensation and Benefits
