Our Mission

We are looking for a skilled iOS Engineer to contribute to the development of native iOS features on the BAWAG Mobile Banking App and contribute to the overall iOS technical design.

Key Responsibilities
  • As part of the iOS development team, you will contribute to the development of native iOS features on the BAWAG Mobile Banking App.
  • Regularly check the quality of iOS channel crash reports and rating reports from the Product Owner, owning the quality of your code.
  • Contribute to the modularization of our iOS app code.
  • Reuse and improve established frameworks to achieve the app roadmap.
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner to roll out changes.
  • Work closely with UX and QA team members allocated to your project.
  • Take initiative for continuous quality and security improvements within the app team and the wider technology area.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in native mobile app development.
  • Excellent knowledge of iOS Swift native app development (Kotlin beneficial).
  • Passionate about mobile app development.
  • Good understanding of 3rd party app dev libraries like AppCentre, Realm.io, Usabilla, or similar.
  • Experience in Swift, UIKit, MVVM (design pattern), SwiftUI (preferable), Unit Testing.
  • Fluent in English (B2 level).
  • Beneficial: German language skills.
